Fine Bubble Disc Diffusers
The fine bubble disc diffusers are designed with arched surface and has ABS engineering plastic as its main body.
The membrane is made from special rubber with anti-corrosion properties. The membrane perforation is punched with CNC machines to ensure uniformity in holes. The moulded membrane rubber diaphragm is worn over the main diffuser body and then secured with a securing ring which is mechanically installed with a thread locking arrangement.
The diffuser body has in built ducts to spread air evenly across the ABS diffuser body to reduce back pressure helping membrane surface to expand with ease on aeration (Introduction of air).
A non-return vale is installed at air delivery point to prevent back flow of effluent / sewage into the air distribution system.
The rubber diaphragm is formed by hot moulding process. The EPDM rubber has excellent physical and chemical properties. The cured rubber to has high resistance to shrinkage and slow hardening to give a prolonged life to the product.
