High pressure high rejection BR series
Model Nos. BR2 4040 / BR3 400
The BR series membrane are rolled from very dense flat sheet which can provide very high rejection (up to 99.6% of total dissolved solids under ideal conditions at low pressure (225 psi approximately). The BR series membrane can give excellent salt rejection on water having salt concentration levels of up to 7000 ppm. Membranes are wrapped in FRP hard shell to give extra strength to withstand higher pressure drops.
Application: Ground water, surface water and municipal water.
Test conditions i.e pH 7.5 (Approx.), water temp. @ 25 ⁰C and TDS 2000 ppm
Low Pressure high rejection – LOW2 and LOW3 series
Model nos. LOW2 XL 4040 / LOW2 400; LOW3 XL 4040* / LOW3 400*
The Low series membrane are rolled from moderately dense flat sheet which can give very high rejection (up to 99.6% of total dissolved solids under ideal conditions at low pressure (150 psi approximately). The LOW series membrane can consistently give excellent results with water having salt concentration levels of 2500 ppm. LOW series helps save energy cost. Low pressure means less wear and tear of reverse osmosis system. By using these membranes instead of standard elements in your commercial reverse osmosis system, you can significantly reduce your operating costs.
Application: Ground water, surface water and municipal water.
LOW3 XL 4040* / LOW3 400*: These membranes are specially designed for drinking water applications. The salt rejection of these membranes are 98% under ideal conditions i.e pH 7.5 (Approx.), water temp. @ 25 ⁰C and TDS 1500 ppm
Ultra low pressure – LOW4 series:
Model nos. LOW4 XL 4040 / LOW4 HF 440
The Ultra-Low series membrane are rolled from state of the art flat sheet and wrapped in FRP hard shell. The flat sheet can give very high rejection (up to 99.5% of total dissolved solids under ideal conditions) at low pressure (150 psi approximately). The Ultra-low series membrane can consistently give excellent results with water having salt concentration levels of 1500 ppp. Ultra-low series helps save energy cost. Ultra Low pressure means less wear and tear of reverse osmosis system. Highly recommended for lower TDS levels to save on operating costs.
Application: Ground water, surface water and municipal water.

Sea Water – SEA series
Model Nos. SEA 4040; SEA 400
These high rejection and high productivity SEA reverse osmosis membranes are specially designed for marine applications. The SEA series membrane are rolled from extremely dense flat sheet which can provide very high rejection (up to 99.6% of total dissolved solids under ideal conditions at low pressure (800 psi approximately). The SEA series membrane can give excellent salt rejection on water having salt concentration levels of up to 40000 ppm. Membranes are wrapped in FRP hard shell to give extra strength to withstand higher pressure drops.
Application: Ground water with TDS above 6000 ppm, ingress marine water, sea water.
Neutrally charged high rejection FOUL series
Model Nos. FOUL 4040 / FOUL 400
The FOUL series membrane are rolled with moderately dense flat sheet having neutral charge on the membrane surface. The membranes can provide very high rejection (up to 99.6% of total dissolved solids under ideal conditions at low pressure (225 psi approximately). The BR series membrane can give excellent salt rejection on water having salt concentration levels of up to 3000 – 4000 ppm. Membranes are wrapped in FRP hard shell to give extra strength to withstand higher pressure drops.
Application: Secondary treated waste water.
